The Compliance Calendar Manager module is used to list and manage your daily, monthly, annual and multiyear compliance requirements.

List Compliance Tasks

List compliance tasks in one place.

  • From permits and other regulated requirements, list all of your important environmental tasks that need to be tracked for completion
  • Categorize tasks by organization or suborganization
  • Rank compliance tasks by priority

Compliance Calendar Views

Compliance Calendar views provide a quick way to view all important tasks at a glance.

  • Easily view upcoming tasks
  • View tasks throughout months or years
  • View what needs to be done with quick monthly snapshots

Use by Non-Environmental Personnel

Non-environmental personnel have a portal to track and mark assigned tasks as complete.

  • Tasks can be assigned to anyone in the organization, since most tasks are not completed by environmental specialists

  • Links, documents, and specialized contact information can be included in task descriptions to assist with completion
  • Assign users to only see their respective tasks and not other unassigned facility tasks

High-Level Dashboards

High-level dashboards provide views on whether your organization is in compliance.

  • Administrators can see a green, yellow, or red view of monthly compliance status across a number of facilities
  • Areas that are marked red can be quickly addressed with a phone call, email, or meeting to discuss roadblocks or review valid explanations for delays
  • Simplify overseeing a few or many facilities with the dashboard

Compliance Reports

Compliance reports can be created using filters to quickly view different facility performance.

  • Use facility filters to isolate performance
  • Filter by compliance categories such as air, water, or permits
  • Filter reports by compliance subcategories such as permit renewal or annual training
  • Export report information to Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, or other programs
  • Use Crystal reports to print high-resolution copies for meetings and presentations
